Beautiful newly built studio style Casita. Enjoy the peace & quite of the Texas Hill Country while being just a few miles away from downtown Fredericksburg. The Casita is equipped with WiFi and a Smart Tv that is logged on to Netflix. We also provide a coffee bar set up for your enjoyment as well as an outdoor area with a fire pit and seating. We do have some bbq pits on the property so bring some steaks to grill and your favorite bottle of wine to dine under the stars! We hope to see you soon!
The space
Our Casitas are all uniquely designed and decorated. We like clean and overstocked bathrooms and provide PLENTY of towels/toiletries for our guest. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and quality! if you have any questions or concerns regarding your stay contact Leo with your provided info and he will be more than happy to assist you.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire private casita. We also provide a shared large outdoor area equipped with a fire pit, wood and bbq pits. The casita includes a smart tv, coffee pot and refrigerator. Enjoy a spacious bathroom and a studio style bedroom with a King sized bed.
Other things to note
WE DO CHARGE A $30.00 PET FEE per pet (max 2 dogs) if you bring one with you. After Check in you will be sent a request for the Local Hotel tax of 7%. We ask that our property is treated with respect as if it were your own. Since we have neighboring casitas we ask that the noise/music be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm. If you are staying multiple days feel free to leave your trash out on the porch and let us know and we will have someone pick it up.
